The annual Prickett’s Fort Firearms & Accouterments Show features numerous vendors and craftsmen from the Appalachian area (PA, WV, VA, OH, and NY), who specialize in crafting 18th century weaponry, such as rifles, gunpowder horns, knives, tomahawks, and decorative items, including leather pouches and Indian quilt work. The event showcases this unique collection that will also be available for purchase.
Annual disc golf tournament that takes place on at the Seth Burton Memorial Disc Golf Complex in Morris Park, Fairmont, West Virginia. Includes the Fire & Ice Spicy Chili Eating 50/50 Contest (featuring Hot Ones sauces).

Thursday, 2–7 p.m. Visitor Center Come out and enjoy the day welcoming the return of Wood Ducks to Pricketts Fort State Park. There will be several opportunities to take photographs of the many species of birds and wildlife the park has to offer. Bring your camera, binoculars, or spotting scope along with a snack and a folding chair, to witness the return of one of the most spectacular birds in North America. Free and open to the public
