Seasonally, join others for a free weekly yoga series at Valley Falls State Park held Monday evenings at 6PM. All are welcome to join us for a gentle yoga and meditation flow suitable for all levels, even beginners. Enjoy the sounds of the falls and relax in the beauty of nature! This event is organized Community Captain Jess Bryzek through Active Southern WV, a non-profit dedicated to helping West Virginians become more active by offering free exercise programs.
