The 1912 Tudor Revival style High Gate Carriage House and grounds are available for parties, celebrations, weddings and more. The facility has an indoor seating capacity of 120-140; additionally, a ten outdoors can accomodate 250. (The house and grounds were once part of coal baron James Edwin Watson’s estate. Watson’s estate had hosted President Taft’s visit and the Tiffany Cup Tennis Championship, among other historic events.)
